STARTING WITH US


  • Phone to book in for your initial assessment/first session.
  • Wear comfortable clothing (not too baggy).
  • Bring clean socks. No shoes required.
  • Bring a small towel.
  • Bring any relevant reports, X-rays etc.
  • We recommend you complete 3 sessions in the first week.
  • A deposit is required following your first session.
  • The staff are here to help you improve and progress. Therefore, your feedback during your program is always welcome.
  • If you feel any pains during the program let the staff know immediately.
  • If you feel the exercises are easy or not working please let the staff know.
