STARTING WITH US
- Phone to book in for your initial assessment/first session.
- Wear comfortable clothing (not too baggy).
- Bring clean socks. No shoes required.
- Bring a small towel.
- Bring any relevant reports, X-rays etc.
- We recommend you complete 3 sessions in the first week.
- A deposit is required following your first session.
- The staff are here to help you improve and progress. Therefore, your feedback during your program is always welcome.
- If you feel any pains during the program let the staff know immediately.
- If you feel the exercises are easy or not working please let the staff know.
