I first started at Pilates in Parramatta in 1997 as a young dancer with lower back pain, I found Pilates not only helped with my injury, but with my technical training as well. As I continued working professionally as a dancer/aerialist Pilates helped with the everyday stresses and strains of such physical work.

Also in 2002 after bi-lateral knee re-constructions I found Pilates an extremely effective form of rehabilitation, I was dancing again in just 5 months.
